Border Motifs
This collection features a selection of Tatreez border motifs traditionally stitched to outline Tatreez patterns on Palestinian costumes. The collection includes borders stitched across all regions of Palestine, with each region incorporating these borders to outline its unique designs. This highlights both the unity and diversity among the different regions within Palestine. These borders show a range of complexity, with some being simple, such as the "Old Man's Teeth" motif, while others have more detailed designs like the "Baker's Wife."
